Mersin Food, a business established in 2002 with an experience exceeding 30 years, has been importing and exporting sesame seeds, black cumin, coee beans and milk powder products which are the main items of its business activities.

Taking its name from “Mersin” province, the center of Turkey’s food trade and the city of port, Mersin Gıda has preserved its national dignity on the international markets with the experience and reputation it had gained throughout the period of time it has le behind and has reached the position it deserves in elds of sales and marketing.

“Mersin Gıda” imports natural and hulled sesame seeds products mainly from Nigeria, Sudan and Ethiopia as well as from countries such as Africa, South America, India and Afghanistan where sesame seeds are produced. Within this frame, we are realizing importation of nearly about 40.000 tons per year (which represents about 25% of Turkey’s imports).

Taking the rst place in the sesame seeds sales to the domestic market with Turkey, we are doing our best with our price, quality and supply in the most appropriate way as we are also serving in exports of goods for which we have scored very well.
